Some people have all the luck. We never get lightning. Wind and rain, yes, but never any of the real fun stuff.

My hubby loves lightening too..HE WILL SIT ON THE FRONT PORCH WATCHING IT ALL NITE IN SUMMER STORMS. I THOUGHT everyone got lightening!!

Me too!! Well I did when I was in Tacoma. We almost never get it here. The last time was 3 summers ago and my neighbor and I stood out on my lawn waiting for lightning, and I was happily vaping away on my Ego, lol! Made my neighbor nervous but I was excited!!

I need coils so bad and I left it go too long that the only coils I have are for my older older older tanks!! I never ventured into coil making _ I'm a scaredy cat and think I will blow myself up..lol!!!

Is it a mobile home with a tin roof? If it's tin, the roof on top can be repaired with KoolSeal, it come it a couple different types, the aluminum/black looking stuff works great. Then the piece of Sheetrock in the ceiling can be replaced without further leaks.
When I was in GA, I worked in the repo field with mobile homes. I was the repo inspector for a couple of finance companies. I would let them know if it was worth repairing m/h or wholesaling it at auction.

No not Tin, lots of old trees, so falling limbs probably put holes on top. place was not in the greatest shape when we started renting it. But was the best we could find in out price range. has the 2 separate windows where 1 has been busted out on all the window areas, no screens, cant open sliding back door. and he said when we moved in he refuses to replace/fix any of it because people just break them out again. Holes all in walls where people looked like that had knock down drag outs here. those have been fixed and painted. I think we are the only ones that have lived here who actually try to take care of the place

That's just plain stupid of him! If that were to collapse and hurt anyone, he could be sued!

It is very good The friend who created this butterscotch vape did a very good job! Then mixing it with my hazelnut creation, I am in love with the taste

I make my butterscotch with a hint of sweet cream and a healthy dose of sweetener...to make it like those little butterscotch candies

actually, in most states, there are slum lord laws.....it is up to the owner to keep the house in usable repair....if its there, it must be fixed. Say, they don't have to have an A/C, but if one is present, it must work, etc....
