actually, in most states, there are slum lord laws.....it is up to the owner to keep the house in usable repair....if its there, it must be fixed. Say, they don't have to have an A/C, but if one is present, it must work, etc....
If it has a roof, it has to be ON TOP of the structure, not inside of it!

I'm a firm believer that Individuals are intelligent, people are dumb.

come take over managing a sober living home for me for a week....you will quickly change your mind.....some people are just dumb, all by and of themselves. ;)

it will keep the top of your mod a bit cooler, but do nothing for the tank.

yes, silicone or derlin drip tips would be a better option, as that heat sink will do zero for your tip getting hot. that is to slow down heat transfer from the tank/rda to the mod, but as stated earlier, wont do much for the tank itself getting hot.

You need some silicone drip tips!
Will probably try them next, been afraid as hot as my tank/tip gets they may melt somewhat. had gotten some acrylic ones and liked those but had a clumsy day one day and knocked over/dropped mod a few times and broke 3 in 1 day. then went to these. LOVE them but they get hot on the lips

you can also look for drip tips that have their own air flow...like the TFV4 (my current fav tank), that really cools down both the tip and the vape.
I have a plastic 2puff with it's own airflow, open it just enough and it does a great job cooling the tip.
