Honda civics are one of the easiest and cheapest platforms to build sub 10 second cars on, so your comment about no fast Hondas is just wrong :p
Sent with one hand, the other is busy vaping.

:D

Hondas aren't cheap platforms. Not even high mileage ones, thanks to F&F movies.

We had less than 6k in an 8 second 1/4 mile ride. Not 20 grand to go 10s.lol.
;)
You can't get there in a Honda.

Remember those Hondas would also overheat at a stoplight. Those are pure racecars. Unstreetable. Trailer babies.
We drive ours to the track.

10 isn't fast.
10 in the 1/4 is quick but that's a very very very long way and a lot of daddy's money from 8.5.
This was over 20 years ago, and we were just kids playing around with toys not pros.
And yes we are quite proud. That car downed a lot of guys with big money and high HP rides.
Oh, I spent 22 years in the auto industry. Can ya tell?
;)

Morning everyone! I have shinitis and flavor ADD also. So, I have 4 mods, about 12 ego/spinners/evods, etc and about 32 tanks at this point. I also have amassed around 1500ml of juice! All in my first 2 months...makes me scared about how much money I'm NOT saving by quitting smoking! LOL. I think I'll be able to slow it down now that I've found my favorite tanks...at least until I decide I have to try TC. But I've decided to learn to rebuild coils before starting anything new like that. Baby steps. :)
Which tanks? The best thing about TC is you really don't need to replace your tanks, just put TC coils in them instead. I'm using the Atlantis 2 (2 of them), the Triton, and the Freemax Starre Pro on my TC mods right now.

I have tons of different ones that I've tried, but my favorites are the GS Air series. I now have 6 of them and am no longer using my other ones. Good to know about TC coils! I thought that might be the case, but was reading quite a bit about the new Innokin TC mod, which supposedly has proprietary tanks to use with it, not using the standard 510 or ego threading. And I do love me some Innokin products!

Dont feel bad everyone goes a little crazy at first! Lol All of the new excitement and so many pretty things, but once you find the perfect tank and equipment for you it slows down :)

Thinking of getting a GS Air, which coil do you suggest, the organic cotton or the original....what ever the wick is?...One has 1.5 and the other 1.2 ohm....makes little sense to me but hey!

Just to keep things real...i paid $500 for my civic. Aftermarket parts are easy to find, and I can get a motor swap for about what I paid for the car if I desired (I don't, cause I'm more concerned with great gas mileage :p), so yes, cheap platform. They were already popular to trick out before that movie came out, because of that.

Ask @Bikenstein, he's the one who got me to try them. So far, I have just used the original, not the organic cotton, so I can't tell you which I would recommend! But, I bet he would. I do love the GS Airs!

I did find that thread and inquired, got what was needed so I ordered an AIr M and coils....but if I do not like it I may have to sneak a few BB's in his tailpipes, only thing I could think of to be mean since I am a bike fan myself!

I saw a video of a classic mini smoking a 911, funniest thing ever :p

My uncle had an old Baja bug that he squeezed a 350 small block into....... That was a scary bug. He had to weight the front down with sand bags :D

A few other people have recommended them to me, too...but I stuck with one brand because everything is interchangeable...lol
