Yesterday the special session bill that classifies ALL vapor products (devices, batteries, non-nicotine liquids etc) as tobacco products, sailed through the assembly health committee. DESPITE hundreds of people appearing in opposition they sent it through with the tag-line used by the the truly desperate.."It's for the children." This despite the fact that not one parent showed up to argue in favor of the bill. They claim this is so children can be protected from vapor products, but we know this is a lie. It is to open the gate allowing regulation and taxation as a tobacco product. If this bill passes the Senate and Assembly and signed into law it will change the way these products are sold, handled, distributed. As a tobacco product, there will be no more internet sales. All wholesale transactions must take place through a state licensed tobacco wholesaler. All retail sales only through licensed tobacco retailers. This will effectively dismantle the vaping community as we have built it. This is what sitting back on your laurels will get us. You MUST contact you state senator and assembly person as well as the governor and express your adamant opposition to these bills that recklessly mislabel vapor products as tobacco. DO IT NOW!

I can not like this post! But I can copy it and it to others I know who arw in California. It's my home state and it sickens me to see this garbage going on there!
As many businesses in CA have done, I would seriously consider moving out of the state. Perhaps not cost effective, but better than having little or no business at all.
I sent my email a while back.......i know they have received a lot of feedback against this, yet push it through anyways..... It seems to not matter what the people want, when their pocket books are hurting so much (remember, California is one of the most affected states by the loss of money from payouts from tobacco sales).

If it were I, the best place to move to for online business is Missouri. It is the only state that I am aware of that still allows smoking in businesses be it a restaurant/bar or a bowling center. There are other businesses that do not allow it, but it is not a mandated ordinance by a government. The exceptions are hospitals, school and government facilitates. Also have the cheapest tobacco prices due to lower taxation and you cannot beat the gas prices either. Last I looked I think it was hovering around 2.39 gal.
I am sure that the E cig debate is ongoing and something will come of it, but based on what they have now, I doubt what ever they do will be overly burdensome on business. No taxation on food products purchased in a store as well.....COLD 6% beer on the cheap......now if that is not a selling point!

Now doc, we all now the best place for a business that is supposed to be tobacco related, but yet has absolutely nothing to do with tobacco is virginia. And gas is 2.19 there...I dont live in Virginia but play a resident every night, lolol
Now for my vape post, sitting at work, vaping in the truck, getting into the mindset for 12 hrs of work.....oh boy what fun I will have.....now I am being sarcastic

It's one f the threads I enjoy the most...yet I catch myself oing back to that little ego box mod on the website....I'm thinking that's a perfect stealth vape for being out and around....lol...
Best of luck defeating this ridiculous bill, I would hate to see you guys have to relocate just to stay in business.
I need a tank that redistributes the liquid that collects in and under the drip tip back into the tank! I am getting tired of having to wipe it clean every so often....and often is the operative word here! I think I lose more juice this way and be willing to bet I could have saved 50ml over the last 2 years.

I just got another new tank and not sure I like it. First coil, the one included, was a total fiasco. Tasted like a ski mask after a day of skiing and breathing through it, then after two puffs it shorted out.
Second coil lasted 2 days and rather hesitant to try a 3rd.
You may have another PIF Red....
