the one more southWhich valley? I'm in the central valley (Stockton) and humidity is rarely a problem. Dust on the other hand.......
We hit 122 last year! We call this area the devil's balls.the one more south
It is close enough to the ocean to bring in humidity, far enough away to not get the cooling effect, and usually one of the hottest temp. areas of So. Cal.

We lived in Redondo when we first moved to Cali, it never got warm enough for me, I was always cold. I think I was born for desert life lolI lived in Canoga Park.....which is at the edge of the valley....it wasn't uncommon to be 120
it isn't death valley, but add some humidity and I would rather be in Death Valley![]()

Thats awesome!Plus, the cinnamon in air mail (the single most expensive ingredient we use) is organic, CO2 extracted without the use of any solvents. More gentle. I also have issues with cinnamon making me cough, but have no issues with Airt Mail.
I have to ask, only because I'm quite familiar with extractions and solvents, where is the flavor made? To do CO2 extractions, you need a supercritical fluid extractor. Not only are they expensive machines, they are dangerous, you have to heat the CO2 to a certain temp and pressure to work as a solvent.Plus, the cinnamon in air mail (the single most expensive ingredient we use) is organic, CO2 extracted without the use of any solvents. Much heavier, almost double if not. The Reliant is predominantly aluminum, really light. My Cloupor mini+ is heavier than it and it's tiny.real heavy......how does it compare with the Reliant?
I can't say who or where, but equipment for CO2 extractions are becoming more readily available. There are even bench-top devices commercially available. A friend in the can a bus industry was enlightening me....with info on the devices that is.I have to ask, only because I'm quite familiar with extractions and solvents, where is the flavor made?
