Hi all,
This being my first post is sadly not a positive. I had hoped to post this within the suppliers' forum but alas I have to post five times before I can post other than on here. Maybe a mod may move it.
I have a VV battery from Apollo which I noted on the webpage came with a lifetime warranty. Now my knowledge of the law in the UK states that a lifetime would be what is construed as reasonable. Their terms and conditions linked from that page however state that by lifetime they mean 12 months. I would consider this to be probably fair and reasonable.
I have a battery that no longer takes any charge so I have chased them looking for a replacement as I have had the item 4 months. They have now send me a separate link that states a 60 day period.
My point is beware of Apollo. And particularly their promises of warranties.
Very disapointing as I thought I was buying from a company of large enough size to warrant decent repute.
I am going to escalate this as a breach of advertising and also distance selling/retail
Has anyone had any such problems or indeed successes with returns with this firm?

"The Apollo Electronic Cigarettes warranty may only be used within 60 days of your last purchase through the Apollo website. There is no expiration on your Apollo warranty, however products are limited to a maximum of 5 replacements on any given item. The item must be defective and will be replaced with an equal item from current inventory. Replacement or upgrade of product is your exclusive remedy under this warranty".
