I'll assume you checked it with a meter? Maybe checked to see if the center pole wasn't depressed too far down?
Just in case you didn't look..did you look inside to check if there was something in the battery compartment like a piece of paper covering the + battery post? Apollo seems like a solid company so I'm sure they will straiten it out..the only thing is you might have to wait because they might not have any in stock but I'm sure you will get a functioning one
As someone else told me here on ECF, push it harder. REALLY hard. I thought mine was DOA too but it's firing now. I'm still not sure what I'm going to do about it because I think it's too hard to be a comfortable device. I figure that I'll give it a couple of days in order to let apollo catch up with some of the issues and let things slow down a bit.

He has set the voltage so I guess the battery connects
it gets no volts at the pin so definitely DOA. Just talked to apollo and they are replacing when they get their 2nd shipment.
apollo called me today and are gonna replace it with one from their second batch in a few weeks.
I will finally be picking mine up tonight...not sure if is just the mini or both. I really hope it is both.
