Yes, i checked it and nothing to post. apollo is supposed to call me today.

Just in case you didn't look..did you look inside to check if there was something in the battery compartment like a piece of paper covering the + battery post? Apollo seems like a solid company so I'm sure they will straiten it out..the only thing is you might have to wait because they might not have any in stock but I'm sure you will get a functioning one :)

As someone else told me here on ECF, push it harder. REALLY hard. I thought mine was DOA too but it's firing now. I'm still not sure what I'm going to do about it because I think it's too hard to be a comfortable device. I figure that I'll give it a couple of days in order to let apollo catch up with some of the issues and let things slow down a bit.

He has set the voltage so I guess the battery connects :)
