I just wanted to try to make amends. I feel like what originally started out as an attempt to get a reply turned into some kind of crazy vendetta, and I feel really bad about it.

Yes, TW has customer service issues, but I think that almost all companies have them. I got upset because I felt like they weren't being addressed, and some other people got in my ear and got me all stoked up with hellfire and brimstone.

Pillbox, I personally insulted you and I'm sorry. It was a serious jerk thing to do.

I hope you can get these issues work out and continue to be a respected supplier here at ECF.

that's why pillbox needs to have somebody from his staff monitor this forum. on an unattended supplier's forum small problems [hey bear, i didn't type 'issues' lol] tend to snowball, unfortunately.
i have ordered from tw and did not have any problems but it sure bothered me that questions were posed and no answers were forthcoming.
hopefully, in the new year buyers and vendors will be able to solve problems in a civil and courteous manner on both sides.
