Apparent modification to CA SB882 banning ecigs

I just finished reading the modifications to the bill in CA. It appears that CA is going to ban the sale of electronic cigarettes to minors but will not ban the sale to adults. Has anyone else seen this and does it say what I believe it says? (I am no lawyer and have no legal background) It sounds to good to be true with all of the anti-smoking laws in this state. I expected a full-blown ban.

yes it says what it says...
it was much more restrictive but it got amended down to just banning sales to minors..

oh and that it's illegal for businesses to engage in human cloning..

Amazing. Sometimes it seems as if our political system actually works as intended. (I know I sent off multiple letters in response to the postings in this forum.) We need to keep the pressure on. I don't believe that the FDA is susceptible to public pressure though...hope I am wrong.

I'm still worried though; what does it say about ordering stuff through the mail? I thought part of it was about restricting internet sales too? no?
