Is it a AW IMR? IF it was dead in that amount of time then it was not charged much to begin with. Most are shipped at 3.7 or a little under. Depends on how long they have been sitting in stock.

A full charge will make a big difference.

It sounds like you are over filling the cartos. You should not see any juice in the catch cup. Just press on the bottle while drawing on the carto and you will hear a gurgle. Quit, then do it again a couple of times on a new carto. After that, squeeze every 6-10 drags.
Well, I talked to Karen and now I have vaping clouds to the point of not being able to hold it all. New problem now LOL

yeah, I just got done talking to her...what a generous sweetie.....we... she... came to the conclusion that I might have a faulty charger ( it's an Ultrafire WF-188)

The WF-188 has a switch on the side for 3.2 volts and 3.7 volts. Make sure it's set to 3.7 volts to properly charge your batteries. It also has a switch for 300mA and 650mA. Use 300mA. Try charging one battery at a time.
