I found this picture too right at the end of the contest - I didn't have any time to enter an answer, but pulled it to my Photo program and it matches in all the important points, So I too think the answer is Saddam - Good luck to all!

It has been my experience that when we have not had a correct guess, he will tell us. He just started ONLY giving us hints when we had correct guesses just a couple months ago and we asked him if that were going to be a rule in the future, he said no.



so basically I am saying......... I don't know either. LOL

He did initially say he would give no clues if the correct answer was given. So I think it is natural to think that if a clue is given, the correct answer has not been guessed at all.
