Oh my...I remember looking at this picture when I first thought it looked like Liam Neeson so I was trying to find other famous people who resembled Liam. I didn't get the connection though until later when I looked through some site and saw the picture of Fidel Castro and everything just clicked even with the angle of the face...although that can also be adjusted in altering the photo.
