It does look amazing... I'm with Opinionated on this one, the side fire.... Which I actually find quite comfortable, really, especially if done right

Hi Sakr22, thanks for asking! The Scion 2 which is bundled with the Proton is 24mm and leaves you about 2mm of room before it would hang off the mod. So, roughly 26mm, maybe 27mm before you'll get overhang.
Hi andy, as others have mentioned it is indeed a side bar firing button, actuated towards the top of the device. Makes for cozy grip firing or thumb firing!
Hey whodat2112, you'll be happy to know that the Proton & Scion 2 kits come with an additional spare glass for the Scion 2 which has a wider diameter than the standard glass which is very akin to the "bulb tank" of the prior Scion tank.
