I am a reasonable person. My expectations of Ecig vendors is simple, treat your customers as if they are your reason for being in business, crazy huh? Nobody is perfect, mistakes happen, I accept not every order will go perfectly, just make it right, and move on.

I rarely stray from my goto vendors like Madvapes, Gotvapes. However, my old Lavatube finally gave out, and I needed to replace it. While I was searching, I found Auquavaporcig, I saw some good reviews, they had a close out deal on a product they call MYGO, when I clicked on it, it shows a picture of a chrome Lava Tube like product. So I selected that, picked the color Black, and ordered.

I recieved my order, it was NOT a chrome, but a flat black tube that looked nothing like the picture of the item they were selling. I requested any of the following, a refund, store credit, or the device I purchased or thought I was. Reasonable? I thought so. I am absorbing $10 bucks in shipping, on a $39 buck device, that's one forth the total price, I am waiting to hear back.

The facts are simple, I spent on average $300 a month on vaping supplies, you either want my business or not. And placing a picture next to an item, that's the item I expect. To try to trick people into buying something your not selling is just not good business. Maybe it's a simple mistake, but I assure you, the mistake was not mine.

AQUAVAPORCIG either I can trust you or I can't - Decide. I await your decision.

Update: I was offered a full refund. Well done AQUAVAPORCIG!
