I ordered 100mg/ml diy nic juice from Arctic Vapor about a month ago. There wasn't much in the way of reviews when I ordered so I made a mental note to post after I had time to test drive it.

I bought two 125ml bottles plus enough accessories to get free shipping. With free shipping and the 10% new customer discount it ended up being about 331mg per dollar. It was the lowest cost 100mg I could find for a reasonable quantity of juice (250ml or less.)

Arctic mailed my order promptly but USPS took longer than expected to get it to my door. It was six days to the East Coast.

The juice arrived in two 125ml cobalt blue glass bottles. The bottles were topped with dropper caps. The dropper tubes were glass and of a substantial length. There was blue plastic tape sealing the caps. The tape seemed to be carefully wrapped. The bottles had nice labels complete with MSDS info.

The juice is extremely clear. It looks like pure PG. I have not been able to detect any color whatsoever and I've tried a number of times in different lighting conditions.

I vape PG with menthol and nic. I mix using only pure menthol crystals, PG, and nic juice. My mix is extremely unforgiving to nic juice with impurities and aftertaste. There's nothing to hide the taste of low quality juice. It comes right through in the vape.

I've been mixing with this liquid for nearly a month. The only flavor I get in my vape is crisp, clear, menthol. When I vape mixes up around 25mg/ml I begin to get the peppery note of pure nicotine. I love this juice! It's the purest I've ever purchased.

Some may remember my earlier post about crap 48mg juice from another vendor. I was brand new to vaping at the time and didn't know any better. Here's a link to the thread: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/diy-e-liquid/121351-should-48mg-pg-way.html I know impurities and aftertaste after vaping that junk. When it comes to impurities I'm a black belt. I have a Harvard degree in aftertaste!

I would not hesitate to order more diy juice from Arctic! :)

I believe this batch of 100mg juice was a trial product for them. I hope that they're getting enough interest to stock it regularly.

They also threw in an extra Delrin drip tip with my order. I had ordered three and they gave me four.

Thanks for the Post. I was going to give Arctic a try but they were out of stock of the 125ml bottles two weeks ago. Went with MFS and their nic is just as clear and clean as you descibed above. Only difference is they use brown glass. Anyway good to know Arctic came through. I have also read great reviews on Xtreme Vapings 100mg/ml nic.

I considered MFS due to all the rave reviews but I couldn't justify paying $30 more for the same amount and concentration. Each 125ml bottle from Arctic ended up costing me about $38. The $30 price premium at MFS would have nearly paid for another 125ml bottle from Arctic.

EDIT: Xtreme's juice was also about $30 more. I had them in my speadsheet too.

I did a lot of comparison shopping before buying. I included sales, coupons, free shipping offers, etc to find the final cost shipped to my door. Box Elder was my runner up on price. They were closely followed by Vapor Renew.

MaxUT reviewed Box Elder's 48mg juice in his post http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...-box-elder-chemical-supply-2.html#post1891598

I got it in VG, no PG, and not many vendors sell VG nic-juice. I've seen good reviews of Arctic's flavored juices too. Maybe they will carry VG juices at some point. Thanks for the review!

It would be nice to see Arctic regularly stock VG and PG base so everyone can get their 100mg kicks. The more vendors stocking 100mg the better imho!

I didn't mention this in the review because it's pure speculation on my part but it sure seems like this is USA-sourced nicotine. I didn't ask and I don't remember it saying on the website but the clarity and taste seems to be right up with the stuff that's sold as USA nic.

I wanted to thank you for the review, good or bad, I am always happy to hear what people have to say about our products!

I also wanted to answer a few questions.
First off while I am happy to hear that you were pleased with the quality of the nicotine, keep in mind that color has little to do with purity, and more to do with exposure to light. We test each batch of nicotine we receive for purity via HPLC analysis before it ever hits our site. Most of the nicotine we receive is very pale yellow in its pure form, but it varies, and some of the batches I have received have been darker; however, purity has always been constant across the board from our supplier.
Often the nasty taste you get from impure nicotine is the chemical residue of whatever was used to extract the nicotine from solid form. The nicotine we get is of the highest quality and always has a clean taste or we do not sell it period. I have no desire to peddle something off on someone else, that i would not use myself.

As to whether or not our nicotine is sourced in the USA, it is not. Most nicotine is sourced from other countries, primarily China, as is ours. USA made nicotine is very rare, and very expensive. As I stated in another part of this forum when answering this question previously. "Very little of the nicotine on the market is made in the USA and unfortunately many of the people who claim to get their nicotine from the US do not realize that their nicotine is likely imported from India or China, repackaged, relabeled, and then marketed as US made."

Lastly I am happy to say that we are now carrying VG based nicotine. We just received our latest supply of nicotine in and I have had so many people asking me for VG based that I decided to make some up.

If anyone has any questions you are welcome to PM me.

FrozenNorth - Thank you for an honest and fact based post in this thread. As I stated above I would have ordered but you were out of 125ml for a few days when I was in the market for nic. I have book marked your site and will happily place my next order with you. One thing is for sure within the next two months we won't have to worry about any heat during shipping from Alaska to NY. Bring on the winter!!!!

You're welcome. Thank you for providing a quality product.

You should seriously consider putting that on your website. Laboratory testing is a huge plus IMHO.

I appreciate your commitment to product purity. For me that's the single most important quality in a vendor.
