Since thinning with alcohol is not an option (and dripping probably isn't viable for you either) - the only remaining suggestion I have is distilled water. If I remember correctly from all my long-ago DIY reading, 10% distilled water is about the dilution that all-VG fans typically use in DIY to thin out their juice. Undiluted VG is so thick, it can make cartos a no-go even at room temperature.
Hopefully you already know this, but in case you don't - many (if not most) flavorings contain some alcohol and/or PG. If you're
vaping commercial juice, perhaps you should ask the vendor about their ingredients. I ordered some "all VG" nic base for DIY last winter and was quite surprised when it had the viscosity of PG; I expected it to be thicker. I found out that particular vendor thins their VG nic base with alcohol, not water. I would not have known if I hadn't asked.
Many vendors do not disclose their juice ingredients publicly, but will identify them to allergic/sensitive/concerned customers when asked.
If possible, you might want to try an alcohol-diluted version during non-work hours. It helps reduce all-VG's gunky buildup on coils. There was a substantial thread by "Switched" some time ago about his change to all-VG, due to PG sensitivity. His experience is why I (like Switched) use a few drops of PGA in all my DIY mixes, it does seem to help keep my atties/cartos cleaner. You may also find it helpful to change to a fresh carto more frequently during cold weather. Perhaps you could keep your PV in a pants pocket instead (small box mods are pocket-friendly) or maybe just the carto itself, and screw it onto the battery only when you want a vape.
There is a third juice base used by a minority of people who cannot tolerate either VG nor PG, but I forget exactly (perhaps PEG?). There are even a few juice vendors who offer it as an option... check out the DIY section of the forum for more info. I can't tell you if it's more or less viscous than the other bases, but it might be another idea for you to research.
