are 18650 batteries from fasttech getting into canada ?

fasttech has found a new shipper and there is now an option to getting it shipped,.
i read on ft forums that canada is not allowing batteries into canada, true or false, any word?

Haven't heard anything. As long as FT is approved and does the proper paperwork, don't see why Customs would reject them.

as ive read its that its hazardous materials and needs the right containers to be shipped into canada, idk if this is true or not.

That is true. It's covered under the Dangerous Goods Act.

Adding batteries to a fasttech order a few months ago prevented the order from going via air.

Unless things have changed, batteries CAN be ordered and shipped into Canada, but only via slow boat.

I just ordered through Illumi, 2 weeks to my door $74 Cdn for 8 Samsung 25R and they came in nice plastic battery cases. That is better than ordering from FT.
