Are all ego batteries 510 thread?

Just wondering as in time I'll likely migrate to new hardware from the current KR808D-1 hardware I use now.

I have 510 adapters that I can use 808 cartridges on now, but what about adapters for 510 cartridges on 808 batteries?
Anyone have a source for that?

I don't know anything about 808 stuff, but there are adapters like these:

Edit: They seem to have one for going either way.
