are all kr808d pcc's created equal?

So I got a kr808d-1 pcc from eliquidplanet, and although the website says it recharges itself in 4 hrs, and a battery in 1 hr, mine takes like 9 hrs to charge a battery. I looked at several similar models, and all look EXACTLY the same. But are they? I'm tempted to get one from V4L but don't want to spend 25 bucks on an exact duplicate with a different logo. Anyone have different results with other suppliers?

Hi, it should take at the most 2 hours to charge, usually 2 1/2, for the standard length. I would contact eliquid planet and let them know. Could be bad battery or charger.

The are all the same or at least the same design. Since they all come out of China quality control is almost non existent, so sometimes you might get a dud just like batteries or carts.
