Was it something I said?
You could probably use plain old epsom salts from the drug store, bake a small amount in a 400*F oven for an hour to really dry them. Just to dork you out a little, Epsom salts are MgSO4 (magnessium sulphate) in the presence of water, they absorb it to become magnessium sulphate heptahydrate, meaning that each molecule of MgSO4 can absorb 7 molecules of water. They will likely leave behind lots of other stuff, but work on the same principle as silica gel.

Basically you just put the salt or silica in the battery as much as possible, seal it in an airtight container with more of the salt/silica, and leave it vertical so as much juice can drip out as possible, thats it, it absorbs the juice, or it doesn't....

Wow you got lucky, or don't chain vape. My use varies... one will last the whole work day because I'm only using it occasionally. But once I get home I rarely set it down except for meals, so that one will only last ~3 hrs. Still using the one I got mid-January and there hasn't been a noticeable difference in battery life yet. (knock on wood)
