Can't get a response from ANYONE at Bloog!!

I have contacted Bloog twice....once through their website and once by emailing a@bloogplanet.com but I have gotten no response. I have at least $200 worth of their products and feel like I am a good customer. I even paid for 50 blank cartos a few months ago and then waited over a month to receive the carwtos while they had my money the whole time. I would like a response to my dead battery question! About two month old 78mm batery that has stopped working and charging.

Put Redemti0n's name in the subject and he will get it.
The other email is not a customer service email.
