New battery design and standard PCC

Thanks guys. With Leaford's help, I figured out that my PCC just doesn't work. It actually didn't charge either battery - I just thought it had with the one until I took two puffs and it was blinking again. I'm getting a replacement tomorrow. I just wanted to be sure that there wasn't some trick like on the mini pcc. (By new battery I meant the target as opposed to the ash top thingy). Fingers crossed I'll have better luck with the replacement. I love the concept of a portable charger.
