Hi All,

I've been off analogs for about a month now. I've been enjoying the Red and White flavored juice from High Caliber since day one. This had been my daily vape for several weeks. It was a good replacement for my Marlboro lights. It was similar, but a llittle sweet with hints of red apple. A couple days ago I switched up to a Pineapple/Orange/Banana flavor I bought from a local juice supplier (thanks to Tasty Vapes in Oakland for providing some awesome flavors). Today I went back to the R&W and it tastes different than I remembered. Seems heaver, more like a full flavored cigarette, something like a Winston. So is it me or has the flavors in the juice developed after some storage? I've read that many vapers switch from cigarette flavors to other flavors. I'm thinking I might be at that point. Anyone else going through something similar or anyone else out there tokin Red and White notice more flavor after bottle has been open for a week?

Thanks

MrA

Anchovy, this could go both ways to answer your question. I have went through about 100 different flavors before I actually found the one I like the most so this is a long process in finding something that you really enjoy for an all day vape can be quite difficult at times. Even now, I find the tobacco that I vape all day tends to taste many different flavors throughout the day and also depending on how much I vape during a 12 hour period. If is also very well possible that your juice could've steeped for the time you have had it but I highly doubt it. Alot of the juice you buy over the internet is already pre-steeped. Overall I think you just might be going through a slight taste bud change or like I said before it is very common for juice to taste different throughout the day

If I get some juice that is real perfumy smell, I leave the cap off for about 12-24 hrs depending on how "perfumey" it is. Then after I feel it is ready, I put the cap back on and let steep if needed.

Most juices will change in flavor (and often in color) as they steep, and it's certainly not unusual for a person's taste buds to "wake up" a bit after they stop smoking. So there's a very good chance it's both you and the juice that have changed.

Yes your taste buds do change.

The juice I started with I can no longe stand as it has a very harsh taste now and it has only been 3 weeks for me.

All True...
If you are not still smoking, the coating on your tongue is clearing out, you are breathing better and more deeply and your taste buds on your tongue and sense of smell are getting better.
As mayhue1 says...we all tried the 'bacco' flavors...I tried a dozen, didn't really like any.
Found that I liked 'Coffee' in the AM, then onto fruits or Carnmel or Butterscotch.
I think you are just- Getting Better !

Vape On !
