My question is I want to Change my ejuice I've been vaping unicorn milk for about 3 days and now I can't taste it any more so im going to Change. I know I have to clean the tank and change the coil but my question is since the coil is still good can I keep it in a zip lock bag for when I switch back to unicorn milk or is it just trash now? Can you clean them? Also the juice im switching to is red bull flavor so I can't mix them.

If they dry out once primed, then they're usually no good.
I've heard internet rumors that you can rinse with distilled water, PGA, vodka, whatever, and leave to air dry, but I wouldn't mess with it, and have no experience trying.

When I find a tank I like, I buy a second for this reason. I'm raising an army of Lemos at the moment.

Personally I just clean the tank, even with weird flavors that don't mix well. The first couple hits after putting in new juice will taste funky but it transitions pretty quick.

I'm sure you could clean the coils but I don't. I used to with my Nautilus coils but it seemed to make hits harsher after cleaning.

Though I do save all my coils that aren't fried in case I'm broke someday and can't get any.

So, you can do one of four things:

1) Just wash the coil out with some distilled water, and put it aside to air dry
2) Put it in a tiny sealed container with some unicorn milk and use another coil
3) Just put it aside in a ziplock, as you mentioned
4) Forget about it, vape your tank dry, and put your new juice in

I've done all 4, and not had any problems with any of them. A lot of people say washing them out with (distilled) water trashes them, but I've not had that experience. But you can just put it aside soaked with juice, and you'll be surprised how long you can leave it there without it drying out. I have coils on RDAs that I haven't touch in 2+ months and the cotton is still soaked with juice.
