SmokeStik does not offer flavors because flavored tobacco products are now illegal in the USA. While e-cigs are not considered a tobacco product at this moment......it is likely to happen at any time. The state of California has already passed a law banning flavored electronic cigarette cartridges. The FDA is today taking the 5 largest ecig and ejuice company owners in the Uniteds States to Federal court for making claims they can not back up with scientific proof. Amoung these claims is the inherent "safety" of their products. One of these companies is Johnson Creek.

ps....sorry for the delayed response....I had to take the dogs to the vet. The neighbor asked the other day.....can I give your dogs a fresh bone? Sure I said....as long as it isnt cooked......imagine my surprise when I went out back and found them each wolfing down an entire hind leg of an elk!!!! oh boy....talk about upset tummies!!!! that's county livin' folks LOL! :)

I guarantee you will not be sorry! SS products are the very best...and I am unanimous in that!

LK, I didn't know any of that....bummer

My Great Dane absolutely would have been to the Vet if she had been fed that bone. Giants they are, but their stomachs do not tolerate much of any thing. An entire leg of elk? Yikes.

Hatastic, you'll really like the SS and you can refill the cartos with with other flavors- but the tobacco flavor that cartos come with isn't bad either.

LoriKay, the FDA warning letters were more of a publicity stunt in advance of the the oral arguments about the stay of the injunction against the FDA relating to seizure of e-cig juices and products by US customs. The arguments took place thursday. Basically the FDA wants e-cigs regulated as drug delivery devices (which would be a de facto ban), though they could instead regulate them as tobacco products. But, regulation as tobacco products could require limiting to only regular and menthol flavors. The arguments about the merits of the case aren't even scheduled yet. All the arguments are about preliminary matters.

I hope that your dogs are feeling better- this link about dogs and and elk will have you rolling - it's too long to post here- but absolutely worth reading Dogs In Elk

I just have to jump in here on this as my own personal research has a.) been so $$$$$$ and b.) because I know I'm right...lol
Having tried almost every PV and several mods, Smoke Stiks are the closest thing to an actual analog in taste and experience. Their tobacco flavor is by far the very best, IMO, and I don't even like the tobacco - except when I'm really stressed and need it to keep me from a trip to the local smoke shop. If flavors are it for you, and I love them, too, the SS cartos are incredibly well made and I have found they last longer than any I have tried. Their Hendu model is great.

Hartastic, The quality of the SS is great. And don't forget their lifetime warranty on batteries (if you purchase $50 of cartos about every 6 weeks). Noone offers that. Their cartos are reusable and very high quality too.

Also, other automatic ecigs don't use a true vacuum switch. They use a vibration switch that can be set off by small vibrations... even loud music. The SS only activates when air flows past the switch as you take a drag.

You'll be really happy.

I am a GUY from L.A. not girl. lol
+1 to what everyone has said. The menthol is good stuff. Has a vanilla/cream undertone to it. I recomend it even if you are not a menthol smoker. And yes, these are vacuum actuated, and do a better job than the KR808s do. They have a very lite draw till activation. Most autos are indead sound activated, and I've had them go off in traffic! Also, many auto batts will get you light headed from the amount of suction you need to activate it. lol

As for the FDA stuff, yea good business decission to just avoid any possible problems. I hope you are not considering taking the menthols off the market, as the FDA is attempting a menthol cigarette ban.

Not that I am aware of...but that doesn't necessarily mean anything :) My GUESS is that we wouldn't do that unless specifically told we had to. We are btw....not and American company...but Canandian. Therefore we will have a little more freedom (no pun intended) and will probably be around when others whose business is based on flavors are not.

I must say I am impressed by all your answers. I am sure it makes Bill very happy to see that his forum is more than just fun and games. You have all done a fantastic job of getting to know our product to the point that I see nothing to ad or correct. Thank you all!

oh...the only thing I would ad is yes...the menthol rocks! I was never a menthol smoker either and I love this stuff. And I have also gotten to the point, after using SS cartos, that I cannot even stand the smell of flavored ejuice anymore. Not the vapor per-se....but just the juice sitting around.....the smell just gets overpowering....I keep what I have left in airtight containers so I dont have to smell it! I may end up just giving it all away to be done with it.....don't worry PIFers...youll be the first to know if I do. But my 50pack of Menthol sits right on the desk....it even smells good!

yes..Im going back to bed....

OHhhh, wrap it up and send it to me. I have a Norwegian Elkhound. She'd think she had gone to heaven. Two things she loves, snow and big game.
