Are there any things I should know before attempting a juice with NO PG?

I want to make some e-liquid that has no PG in it and test it. The reason I want to do this is a friend is allergic to PG. He quit vaping after an infection as a result of this allergy. I will test it on me before letting him try it.
I have not been able to find out how you do it without PG. Do I add water? I have a good calculator. But no tips on no PG.

There are a number of good vendors out there that will do 100% VG. Why not just buy him some? You just have to make sure they use 100% VG flavorings (or there will be some PG).

I'm already set up to diy it. even have the all VG nicotine. All the gear and good calculators.

I only use 100% VG. I do not thin it at all.
I add my flavoring to it and vape.
If I want to cut my nic level down, I add regular VG.

I was a bit concerned that it will be too thick. I'll give that a try.

The only thing I can suggest is to find a clearo/carto/tank whatever that will be suitible for pure vg. I've tried to find the right one and to date, have not been able too. Its just too thick and seems to clog my equipment. I suppose after you figure that part out, you're good to go .
