Are there cartomizers that work with the Joye 510 starter e-cigs?

Yes, there are cartomizers that work with the Joye 510. But let me steer you in a slightly different direction that you will thank me for. Look up the Kanger M3 (might also go by KR510 or something like that). This is a clearomizer and is designed for a 510 battery. It is a 1ml unit that is small and fits real nice on that 510 bat without screwing up the integrity of the mini-cig platform. I think you will enjoy the performance of a clearomizer much more than a cartomizer. I assume you use your own juice?? I got my M3 at Carolina Vapes but there are other places that sell them if you are interested. And they're cheap!

Check out this video (he uses a volt battery but the M3 is designed with the 510 in mind...it's excellent for either).

Well, I'm sort of embarrassed to admit it, I work for a supplier but I've never used the Joye 510 starters, so I was unsure if cartos could be used on them or if one must use the replacement cartridge/attys only. 
any thing with a 510 connection will work with it...though not everything is recommended to be put on the small cig sized batteries...for instance it is not recommended to put low resistance on such a small battery as it will burn them out rather quickly.
Thanks, dj, I was thinking along those lines as well, that an SR/3 ohms might be okay.
Any suggestions on the best cartomizer's for Ego T 650mah battery? I'm having trouble now with some juices and emdcc's and vision clearomizer's (mostly from coffee juices or those with lower pg/vg like 60/40). Thanks in advance
I like the smoktech single coil 1.7ohm cartos and the 2.0ohm boge cartos. The 1.7s are my preferred though
