I'm currently saving up cash for a black ProVari mini with green LED's. Estimated date of financial goal is mid-April. I will also be buying a few accessories with the ProVari, and found the Tatroe stuff... I love that their stuff is specifically designed/milled to fit a ProVari, but HATE that they only come in stainless finish. The question I need answered is, are there any color-matched battery extension tubes for the ProVari mini (so that with the OEM extended bottom cap I could use an 18650)? OR, has anyone found any aftermarket paints that exactly match the ProVari black (I used to paint cars so I can paint a Tatroe tube if necessary, but would rather buy pre-painted as I live in an apartment now)?... Thanks guys!

The extensions ProVape sells will allow you to go up one size of battery (18490 in a Mini & a 18650 in a Standard), but not put an 18650 in a Mini. If you are looking to paint, you could go with either Cerakote or Duracoat in a matte black.
I understand that... But Tatroe makes extension tubes for the mini that, when used with the extended battery cap, make it possible to use an 18650 in the mini.
The Tatroe tubes only come in stainless finish though. I was wondering if another manufacturer makes tubes like the Tatroe, but color matched to ProVapes colors...

I left my opinion out of it since you were asking for the facts, but I prefer the Mini myself too. I don't own a single 18350 battery, but it's a touch shorter than the standard in 18490 mode & I don't particularly care for those goofy crop circles on the standard. I didn't bother getting the extra tube since 18490's give plenty of life for me, but I would do the same thing you're thinking about. Now that Duracoat is being sold in a single spray can, it's easier than ever. I've got a pair of KFL's that I'm going to be doing to match my Stealth in the near future.
The only place I have ever seen any extension in anything but stainless is at gr-modders, they carry what they call a 2 in 1 and have it in satin black, but indicate it does not match exactly.

Honestly I think I am one of the minorities that totally dislike the actual ProVari extension tube. I hate the rounded end on it. The first ProVari I ever bought was through the classies, white mini with extension (I have never used the extension at all) and it is BRIGHT white and the ProVari is not anylonger.
I wish ProVape would just make a tube, color it to the same as their current color choices and we just use the normal end cap. That would make me happy!!! I would think it would be cheaper for them too....eh, but what do I know!?!?!?
