tmcase is right, they are used in laptop battery packs. That means they are very likely unprotected ICR lithium ion batteries, the most dangerous type to use in any e-cig, even regulated ones like the Vamo, Provari, etc. Please don't use these Hawki!

The safest batteries to get are IMR lithium ion (not protected) or hybrid li-ion like the Panasonic CGR18650CH tmcase mentioned or Panasonic NCR18650PF. The hybrids will give you longer run times between charging.

RTDVapor is a trusted source of batteries for many people.

What device are you using them with? A regulated provari or DNA20 mod or mech? What type of atty do you run? Are you into sub-ohm'ing?

Hands down the most safe are red AW IMRs and orange MNKEs. Its all I use and all I'd recommend. Efest (sp?) are also known to be good but I've never touched em. You could gamble on something cheaper but make sure you have good health insurance and don't mind blowing your face up if you don't know what you're doing... well if you're sub-ohm'ing anyway. Its well worth it to get top notch batts for sake of safety and quality vape.

My 2 cents.
