The NCR18650B's are fine for use in the Vamo, but they are not high drain, so their use is limited to regulated mods (like the Vamo and Zmax) but not they are suitable for unregulated mechanical mods. Their max current is ~7.0A, based on a C rating of 2.0 and the nominal capacity of 3400mAh.
A better option is the Panasonic CGR18650CH battery. Those have lower capacity, but a higher drain tolerance (10.0A) and a safer hybrid chemistry and construction than even the IMR's.
Edit to add: Beware of buying batteries from Chinese websites. While they may be just fine and be authentic, the integrity of the supply chain is critical to getting authentic cells. Counterfeits are everywhere. Also, Hong Kong post decided to get .... about loose Lithium batteries and it can take a month or more for your order to be delivered.
You will pay a few dollars more by buying stateside, but if you buy from RTD, LightHound and Elite VaporWorks, you are getting the real deal and your order will be in your hands inside of a week (all Li-Ion loose cells must be shipped via ground).
