I have bottles of 555 from FSUSA and BWB, sitting in my juice basket, just gathering dust. I fell for all the hype for the juices from these and some other juice makers, when I first started using an e-cigarette. To me they tasted good, but I just couldn't use one juice as an all day vape. They had too much flavor and what ever flavor they were supposed to taste like would go away quickly and leave me with a heavy carmel flavor.
About a month or so ago I decided to try some Dekang (despite all the negative things said about it on ECF) and 555 was one of the flavors I tried. I liked all of the Dekang juices that I tried, but 555 was heads above the rest. I switched back and forth betwwen the Dekang and my other juices for a few weeks, but right now I use nothing but DK 555, all day, every day.
I think what I like best about the DK 555 is that the flavor is light and subtle. After the first few hits, the flavor disappears and I get a good solid, well rounded throat hit and cigarette type flavor. That's what I was looking for from the beginning and that's what I found.
I only have about 5ml of 555 left, but there is 100 ml on the way and it only cost me 22 bucks. I hope my tastes don't change anytime soon, because I'm loving these prices.

I agree with what you say on 555 and Dekang. Tons of negative comments on Dekang..here i think it has to due more with being patriotic then finding the best ejuice. Dekang is the richest ejuice provider in the world, so they have tons of money to make it right!
I have the most popular tobacco ejuies from DK. Included tobacco-RY4-Virginia-Cuban-Cigar-DKTab-Marlboro-Camel-French pipe-kent-
now each have a unique flavor but 555 is WAY above them all.
Also 555 mixes very well with DK alcohol ejuices at a 2/3rd 555 and 1/3rd say whiskey. This tends to make 555 turn from fine cigarette taste into a cigar taste..its Amazing!

Backwoods Brew 555 doesn't taste anything like 555 is supposed to taste like.
A good 555 tastes like tobacco and peanuts, as others have said.

The Backwoods Brew 555 I got tastes like the Applewood tobacco with less apple.

I haven't tried Dekang 555 yet, but I probably will soon.
The Dekang DK-TAB (Turkish American Blend) is one of my top two tobacco flavors.

The love for Backwoods Brew kinda ruffles my feathers.
I like their Malty Toffee, but the rest are somewhat lame compared to the better choices out there.

Are you a 555 user?

Yes.

I think so...

My first juice was USA Mix (DK) from the local head shop. It was
nice and about like a red. I was using it to juice up my prefilled
marlbro cartos.

The next bottle of USA Mix was mislabled. I'm sure now that it was actually 555.

This conclusion was because I ordered 555 from V4L and found it
was just like the second "USA Mix" bottle... but much stronger.

Without going into detail... my testing/tasting was HOSED!

Long story short...

I now mix my V4L 555 with regular Flavour Art "tobacco" to tone it down.

And...

I don't buy DK juice from the local head shop any more.

555 has been a back up juice for me for quite some time. Puresmoker's 555 was the best out there until they kicked it aside to make a USA house blend. They bought it from China. Dekang 555 was really good, however you always ran the risk of getting a bad batch here and there. Vapor stations Frisco is excellent and I vape it often. Frisco really isn't a true 555, which is a peanut/ tobacco mix. Frisco is a Hazzlenut/ tobacco flavor. Real good blend, but not original 555. I'm going to try FSUSA's 555. They make it in 36 mg which is a must for me. Most sites carry 555 in 24/26mg max. When I started vaping, it was Dekang or nothing. Dekang has received many slam threads, but you'll have to look very hard to find a better 555.

DK-TAB is my favorite tobacco flavor.
And the Dekang RY4 is now my favorite RY4 blend.

They seem to do pretty well with tobacco type flavors.

I guess it is when they move out of the realm of tobacco flavors that things get dicey.
There is some perfuminess about some of their non-tobacco flavors that can not be tolerated.
