Are you left, right handed, or ambidextrious?

Ambidextrous...my hands are a mess so when one bothers me...I use the other.

I'm left-handed for most things, though reasonably ambidextrous. I play all sports right-handed, except for racquet sports. Oddly enough, my right-handed brother is left-handed for sports. Weird family. I can write with the right, but it is rather laborious. I predominantly type right handed though.

I used to smoke right handed entirely, probably cos we drive on the left here, so I was flicking ash out the window. Also left my left hand free for other things, like drinking

I vape left-handed mostly. This is so I wouldn't accidentally throw my e-cig out the car window when I started vaping and just to make the psychological change from smoking (recommended by a psych to help give up smoking. Little did we know I'd just get addicted to vaping ).

My husband is totally lefty, can't do anything right-handed. Daughter total righty.

Write and eat with the left... do everything else with the right... but I can write on a blackboard/whiteboard with both hands at once and mirror it...

My wife was supposed to be a lefty, her grandmother put a stop to that... She's just as confused Wader sir.

Funny so many of you mention the 'backword' writing, or mirror writing.. When my Mom was still alive and she told me of these things that happened to her cus she was a lefty, and was forced to be a 'righty', she became a 'mirror' or' backward' writer.
Saw a Discovery show that explained why that happened, very interesting, it was like the brain compensated for being .....ed with,
almost like a 'mini' stroke.
The brain is the most awesome thing us humans can claim as our own...for now.

I am a righty with 2 left handed parents... if I tried to feed myself with my left hand I would put an eye out.

Out of 5 kids 1 was left handed and I remember when my parents realized she was left handed they discussed whether they were going to try to change her.... always thought that was an odd conversation for 2 leftys to have....

ooh, yes, about the eating thing.... If you are left handed, be verry careful where you sit at a restaurant if you are going to use chopsticks. Elbow clashes can lead to some nasty messes.
