This is something I've been pondering for awhile and I would appreciate any opinions. I have been using egos for more than two years. I have some mods but I always go back to them. My first several lasted a year or more. The longer I am vaping, the more problems I am having with them. Yes, I've had the usb ones and the twists where the button sticks in, but I'm talking about regular egos right now. Do you think they are more cheaply made now or are there a lot of "Fake" Joye products out there and maybe I'm buying them instead? I just ordered a couple of new egos at a vendor I had not used before and one will no longer charge after three weeks.

There's quite a few more knockoffs than there used to be. At first it was just the Rivas - also pretty well built. Then 'Hello' got into the act with some really bad stuff from reports here and elsewhere. Then Korean knockoffs. I've pretty much stayed with Joye with some exceptions along the way, and while you'll see some actual Joyes in the complaint threads here - for the most part in followups the largest segment of complaints come from the non-Joye products. Again, everyone can get a lemon in any brand - we all know that, but in general, the safest bet is a joye and yeah, they cost more than the knockoffs, so sometimes it an immediate money thing but in the long run I think one saves money with certain brands.
