I haven't noticed any difference. But my dentist said my mouth and teeth haven't looked this healthy since before I started smoking. And yes, I've been going to the same dentist for many many years lol.

my 3-4 coffee's a day prevent that from happening lol..
I think my keurig plays a big part in it lols, I used to only drink coffee in the morning now its so accessible :X
Yes, I agree. "refrigerator teeth" look pretty fakey.
I smoked and drank coffee most of my life, but I always had my teeth professionally cleaned every 6 months, I think since I was 25 years old, so my teeth have always been pretty white.
I thought it was just hereditary?
Vaping hasn't changed anything, but my mouth is a lot dryer and I've had to speak to my hygenist about this, as it appears my gums are suffering a bit from dryer mouth.
I must point out my teeth are my own I paid for them myself!
In answer to the question however, by the six week stage the heavy staining I put down to my liking for strong tea has completely gone...and remember I smoked pipe tobacco from 1974.

Patches didn't work, no Chantix gonna happen here, so let's try the gum. I chewed it standing up, upside down, daytime, nighttime, at church, and off the floor! Great passion I had, it was gonna work. It did. So well that it badly loosened 7 of my remaining 12 top teeth. Dentist wanted to charge thousands but there really ain't no sense in that. I had him pull every top tooth and got the plastic ones. By the way, plastic teeth suck.

Smoking has done its number on the color of my teeth. I am very much looking forward to getting some white back in my smile. The problem is that I still drink a lot of coffee and a lot of red wine. Is tobacco the main culprit in my teeth color though, and should I see a drastic difference over the next few months? Thoughts?
I always CHOSE to blame the strong tea and red wine...actually suspecting it was the pipe tobacco which a propos of nothing had given me the ginger moustache - teeth and moustache are now white! Three months in but the whiteness was done and dusted by 4 weeks.
Coffee for me is like breathing. I've had coffee every day since I was a little child. I've never even considered giving it up. Like you, I got a Keurig machine 4 or 5 years ago and now coffee is right there in front of me in just a minute anytime I want it. I now average 6-8 K-cups a day, and can't imagine giving it up. But dern, I sure would like to have white teeth!
There's a solution to prevent coffee and tea from staining your teeth. You sip them from a straw. I know a few people that do that. First time I seen someone doing that I thought it was one of the oddest things I ever saw until I found out the reason for it.

They had nasty looking teeth that fell out at a young age. I saw a segment on it on the History channel and they said when toothbrushes came out it was a challenge to get people to use them. Then when they did use them the whole family used one toothbrush. When you stayed at a hotel the whole hotel used the same tooth brush. Then in 1915 Pepsodent introduced the first toothpaste and it was a challenge to get people to buy it. They had to have a massive advertising campaign to get people to use it.
I often joke about my wife complaining that my vapor smells like cat piss. But in ancient times, the Romans would gargle urine to get their teeth white. I believe it had something to with the ammonia.
