willow - they are saying it would be quicker to do it now, when the problem teeth they see on panno are coming in, rather than later when they are in and set.
She was pretty set on getting them next Thursday, but she was looking at "headgear" and is CERTAIN she's gonna have to wear it to school.
She doesn't need headgear, but is certain it will be her luck ... or un-luck.

LOL. That age can get so (for lack of better word) dramatic over stuff, but hey can't say as I blame her. I wouldn't want to wear headgear to school either. Plus I know it'd be my luck.

willow - she has always been either cool with stuff, or overly emotional .... so we sat and talked, and I told her if there came a time the Dr says she could do Invisaligns, she could have them, if she was getting flak from her friends for her braces.
I think it will be ok though, a LOT of her friends have some form of orthodontics right now.

Hey, ya'll, just had a thought on the Buddy Tip. I don't have one (missed the last three sales - aargh!) but wonder just how slim the diameter is? Could it maybe be used sort of like the Slap Yo Mama gizmo to insert cartos into tanks without tearing the o-rings?

Wow, I had braces when I was a kid and I feel her pain. I didn't wear my retainer when it was all said and done, so now I am considering going back and having it all done again. When I had them as a kid I never got to test the theory that if you kiss someone else with braces that they will get locked together, so maybe I will try to convince Beata to get them with me even though she has a straight smile lol
