kcos - I did get it .... thanks. And it looks so great with the little flecks in it. (I'm gonna have to learn all the "lingo" Bert uses on his sight)

The little shiny color changing flecks are called dichroic (pronounced Die Crow Ick) glass. It means 'two colors' in Latin I believe. Nothing is quite as sparkly when it comes to glass. When light shines through the glass you see one color, and when light reflects off the glass you see another. In the end it is quite spectacular and makes for some awesome tips!

Kat, you are one of the last. Is it your goal? I wanted to share a tip I made recently that I am using in the name of research. Thanks for sharing your holiday traditions!

And a Merry Christmas to You mwa and thankyou for helping Bert with the design of the donut style. are they alot harder to make? Hope to score one next year also and your new one is Beautiful, I love that style with the flat or push in top they feel so good that was a great idea too.

I'm sure it takes Bert some time to make them olwildbill, there is an extra step or two I would think to forming that set up, but really he would have to answer this since he is holding the torch :)

Thanks for the quick reply. I'm sure it takes a bit more to make them but the thought of a whole bath of that style in all colors wouldn't that be Heaven!
