Wow! Matt I heard you were getting this done. Ironically I first get to see it just now with my good friend whom 20 years! ago introduced me to stone cutting (lapidary) and silver smiting as well as stained glass....so you could say It's thanks to him that I blow glass!

What does James Yaun Non-Dichro mean in laymans terms?
I am in such a bad mood after staying up late last night and losing the donut while the site crashed out on me. I have no idea how you guys can do this all the time.
Anyone know what I can do to get a classified account without jumping through a million hoops? I just have a paypal attached to my debit. No interest in making another payment account anywhere else or getting verified with a checking account (they cleaned me out last time I did that years ago when they were hacked.. so eff that)

Believe me Jeseryn where all in the same game here and many of us have been following Bert and Freddy's work for well over a year now and have missed many pieces we have wanted, I will say though the more sales you attend that you will succeed and get pieces, all of us pretty much do, it just takes time like collecting any other art work.
Only way I know to get in the ECF Classifieds is to follow there Rules
James Yaun is an Artist and Non-Dichro is a style of Glass and term for it

First off I'd like to apologize for your frustration. I can only imagine how anti climactic that can be and I/we just want to share our work as smoothly and equal as possible. I do have a lot of compassion for everyone that has been dealing with these technical growing pains. We have devoted a huge amount of research and efforts to not have it be this way, and I hope it will be smoother soon. We are still growing in this and at best I'd say we are expanding at a very good rate with our production of the Trippy Tip and trippyville is growing in numbers as well. Be aware that there is a huge effort coming from our side to make this experience a joy throughout.
The James Yaun non-dichro technique was developed by my good friend James over five years ago. He creates the color by applying flameworking techniques and enhancing the color powder which is the base with his own blend of chemicals and organic matter. That is why the non-dichro has a little more "bubbling" than usual colors, because it's been formed in the flame and it off gases in the process. The color in the outcome is nano molecule of metal that reflect light in the green spectrum and it's assisted by 24k gold and other fine metals.
Really, I can explain it any clearer than that. But if you have any ?'s other than what I have shared, please do feel free to ask. I'm the one that commissions James to make the non-dichro tubing for Trippy Tips.
