I would love to know if you drip into the hole on the bottom of that 357 if you can then blow through it and the juice flows out the top of the Atty when blowing out through the bottom. ? If so then the Atty is fine, if not then the Atty is jammed with mesh and blocking the flow. Hanna builds the 357 and packs them with meh differently, he makes some for VG, some for PG, or a combination of both, so maybe it had a lot of mesh in this Atty and possibly the bottom piece of mesh and the one around the ceramic cup was just to much and made this one Atty to tight, not sure but its all I can think of that would block the juice feed flow sashwa, maybe using it as a dripping Atty for a while until it broke in would fix this I think.

I'm sure you know how to use the Reo sashwa I wasnt saying you didnt at all, was only trying to help resolve the problem you where having, which I still just dont understand if your feeding other Attys why this 357 wont feed. Have you tried another 357 ? or is it jut this one you have ? the ONLY thing I can think of is the ceramic cup somehow got pushed down inside the Atty and the piece of mesh that is placed under the ceramic cup is blocking your juice flow, but I dont see how this can happen unless the ceramic cup was pushed down very hard. I'm sure Sedge will figure it out when he gets it, I would like to know what it was out of curiosity so please let me know once this is resolved

I have an email into Hanna to see what he says so I am waiting to hear from him before I send it off to sedge.

This is my first and only hh357. A friend had Avid send it to me so it's a brand new one.

I can squonk til my thumb turns blue and not even get any juice in the catch cap. Or even any air bubbles in the bottle like you get when you squonk.

I'm sorry if it sounded like I didn't think you thought I didn't know how to use my vvw. That was not my attempt at all. Was just letting you know that I have experience in using reos. Sorry.

If I find out what the problem is, I will let you know. I tried it again this morning and the same thing is still happening.

Sedge using my Ody now, thing runs nice, using a dual 2mm wick so 4mm worth of wick in it, very nice vape,,, hoping my Penelope arrives today

Matthew, I was able to blow primer out the top from the threaded area. I followed the instructions on Avid's site and watched Hanna's video. I also am able to blow juice out the top too via the threaded area. I'm using BWB Dulce and that is 70/30 pg/vg.

I tried the dripping again this morning - Still no flavor really but some vapor (more vapor sometimes than others).

I put a very small piece of this wool mesh under my wick in the Ody, it intensifies the flavor big time, I use the mesh in almost everything these days, even my RBA Atty's, the stuff just works great and really helps to intensify the flavor in just about everything.

Matt. All I have is 3mm so I was going to try that first, then perhaps double it.

I too am awaiting a Penny. They are supposed to ship this week. This will be my first experience with rebuildable silicas.

sashwa, I would keep using this Atty, they take a few hours of vaping to really break in,,, once Broken in then I would try again on the Reo,,,,if you can drip into the bottom hole and blow out juice through the top then its working how it should work I feel, there really isnt anything to stop the juice flow how there made unless that ceramic cup got pushed down hard to the bottom, which I dont see happening either,,, make sure your dripping like 6 drops into this Atty, 2 doesnt cut it, I know your dripping enough in just saying keep it very wet, this will make sure you dont blow the coil,,, it should break in and then the vapor and flavor will get intense and you will notice this right away as soon as it gets going.

Spoke to Big Bruce on Skype, he said they came in and where shipped on Sat, and today,,,, 3mm should work fine on the Ody, 6mm will be to fat to get into the groves and work I think, unless you snip those legs and just leave it at 6mm up top in the coil area but still could be to much,,, I saw Imeo say he got some 3.5mm and was testing it and it worked good, so that should be the ticket I think

Sedge if you get a chance also try making a ss wick, in a "U" Shape, this i also a kick azz set up in that Ody too.

Matthew, I think you are on to something. I just put a drop of juice on the top of the threaded area and it just stay there and I wasn't able to blow it through. I guess just turning it upside down when blowing trying to blow out via the threaded area just made what primer and juice that was in the atty was making it seem like I was blowing it out.

Sashie, I'm sorry you're having issues with that long barrel 357. I've used regular 357s since August of last year and have only had 1 dud in nearly a year

I've not used a long barrel and don't expect I ever would since I loves me some warm vapor - I expected you'd get the same great vape from that as from a regular 357... sounds like a dud to me. Most likely, Hannah will ask you to send it back to him for repair... that's what he did when I had a dud.
