Bulgogi ala Willow and Pa Jun ala Mainspring. Marinated pan seared rib eye strips with scallion pancakes, jasmine rice and sweet/sour/spicy dipping sauce.

Willow. I followed your recipe but added haricot verts for some color and veggie nutrition. Had everything in the pantry and fridge except for the rib eye.

Soooooo Tasty!

Glad you like it, yeppers I usually add other stuff too, like carrots and sometimes really tender young spinach.

Oh and I usually do a soft freeze on the meat to make it easier to slice thin.

I do a soft freeze to with carpaccio. This time I had the butcher do it. Thin slices but then I gave it a pounding and trimmed the fat and silver skin.
