Freddy, I'll probably send you a PM either tonight or tomorrow once I get a more concrete idea. I have a question about a design, but I haven't quite worked it all out in my head, yet. Anyway, I'm gonna go check out the custom ordering now, maybe I'll answer my own question

Yea, from what I have read from you guys today...it seems like its a little quirky. I know Bert will either smooth it out or we'll have some clear instructions on how to order smoothly.

yea, I agree! I don't work on the site stuffs myself. My brain just doesn't work like that. It would turn into a pretzel!

Blu, do you mean after the paypal step where phone number is a required field on the shipping address, but is blank by default? I didn't manage to stay up late enough for the last sale, but I just saw that when I placed a custom order . . . nothing fancy, basically a red honeycomb donut, I promise to get more creative with the next one

The ordering was a little buggy, though it was smooth as long as I went in order down the list of options. My first couple attempts added nothing to my cart, but when I went through and made my selections in order from top to bottom without going back and changing any of them afterward it worked fine

Bert - it shows the phone number saved in our accounts, but doesn't copy it over with all the other info ....
