Goood Morning Trippy peeps!!

Caught up and kickin it. Got the server halfway set up I think.. Making a couple presents today so that'll be fun :D

So this morning my boss walks in and gives me a weird look. He was sitting near my desk and says "Did you see your green?"

I was wtf is this guy talking about, and he's constantly messing with me so I was a little worried  So I look to my right and he's hidden an unopened bottle of whiskey and a chocolate bar. What a nice guy

That woke you right up didn't it!

LOL. Not enough, unfortunately. I"m going to hold off any serious explorations of my Phoenix until later today, after my siesta! What I can tell you though is that I've got it cranked up to 5.6v and am only now starting to get a good hit. I"ve never vaped anything that high ever!

Sorry, no. I have a voltage meter, but it only tells me what the device is hitting at. I'm up to 5.8 and it's starting to get good.

Ya but a voltage meter will only tell you the voltage of your device, not in relation to the atomizer. You may just have to make an educated guess by looking at the atty. :D

Oh well no biggie. Knowing the ohms only helps you find your sweet spot more accurately, by letting you know what watt output your setup has :)

You'll need a Digital Multimeter to measure resistance. You can get a cheapie at VaporKings.com or a myriad of other places. You set the dial to Resistance, turn the unit on, touch the probes individually at either end of the coil without touching (wrap ends around probe tips) and you should get a reading in Ohms on the unit. Brew

How do I check the ohms?

Reid, do you have a multimeter? Put it on the ohms setting at 200 and then put the red lead in the hole of the connector and the black lead in the threads. That should give you a ballpark reading.

Edit: RTD Vapors has good prices: Multimeter I have the cheap $9 mm and it works real good. I got his new carto/atty tester last month and it's real easy to use also.
