We use what we have, never use credit cards and if we don't have the moolah, we no get the goods. With that house rule, one finds many ways to make do so you are not without! I got pretty good with a hammer and finish nail to punch cartos until hubby said............."Here is my pocket money, get one of those thingamajigs before you bust your thumb or one of my good liquor bottles" ( I was punching at his bar which was a good height and not a custom slate countertop!)

BTW:I DID the DID! WOOT!!!!!!!!!!! Only took 4 coils of differing gauges and mesh sizes to find my sweet spot! *brushes off shoulders* AND the Trippy Tips do fit for me! (I heard on FB that the DID was made with a larger Tip hole?????? IDK????? Just got mine a week ago!

Sorry I haven't been around. A combination of ear infection and monitoring of Isaac. It looks like it's going to pass a good bit to the east of it, thank goodness. How far remains the $100,000 question.

I'm having issues with my newest Lavatube. It's black, with the recessed connection. I think that's the problem. It came with the Phoenix, which it works on, not great but it works. A carto works fine on it. My Phiniacs, nope! My DCT's, nope! yet for some reason my Lavatank does, though not as well as on the chrome LT. I think airflow's the problem. Any suggestions?

Update: I'm almost certain airflow's the problem. My stardusts don't work either, though my Kanger T2's work fine. They also have 2 airholes built into their base.

Maybe use a 510/510 adapter to raise it up just a bit.

BTW, all of you carto-tank fans, I figured out a trick you may be familiar with or not. If you don't have one of those tank tools from Phiniac, or a Slap yo mama, you can get similar results using one of those metal drip tips that you get as a gift from CCV when you order a 3-pack. I was looking at one as I was punching holes in my carto, and realized they're the same diameter as the carto. I capped my carto and it slid through the Phiniac like butter!
