Weird, with those settings you should be getting decent flavor.
Are you getting decent vapor?
I'm not a fan of silica so I want to say try a SS mesh wick but can you try fluffing out the current silica a bit?

However, the draw seems really tight so perhaps that might help the most. The HH 357s I've been rotating through are in their 4th month or so and are even better than the Joye. I can't believe so many people would have been so wrong about the ERA so we will continue to try.

The stem is killing me. I have to use the black universal adapter, had to shorten it and mod it, and it still isn't very secure.

I hearing lots of great things about the ERA from other members.
For morning, can you fire up the ERA without the top piece and just see what the coil/wick does?
I'm kinda leaning towards overflooding (if the wick is touching the coil properly).
Check to see what the coil is doing. Is it vaporizing correctly? Is it boiling?
Are you getting any flavor at all? If not, increased airflow shouldn't increase the flavor (should increase the vapor but less flavor due to the air to vapor ratio).
