Star - that sounds good .... do you know the calorie count?

DD won't touch anything without a calorie count. :(

the recipe makes 16 bars and it 160 calories per bar
i think the original recipe is like 3 times the calories lol i'm too scared to look at the orignial lol

i'll keep my eye out for a lower calorie one too :)

That looks cool Freddy! Like a "manly version" of my Iris!! :toast:

Star - send me those cookies and I'll send you some more!!!

jk- I don't need cookies, and have no more Midnight Apple. LOL

Blu, it was your iris that gave me the idea to ask Freddy to make me a fleur-de-lis. So you're correct. :D

That's not too bad .... she'll eat the 90 cal Fiber One bars sometimes.
I'll copy it and see if I can shave off a few cals. We have some real low cal Tofu and soymilk. :)

i'm not much of a cook but i love to bake (well i can and do cook i just prefer to bake lol) my son loves it too plus it helps him see what is in certain food which is important for him :)
also it's spurred a love of making his own food for himself which is a plus in my book :D

Same here, DD reads labels, knows about vits, protein, etc, and maybe not so good, keeps track of everything she eats.
She wants to cook more and more also, and either does it, or watches me do it.
At least she's eating though. LOL

I had this swatch that i wore in my early 20s
Swatch%20Time%20To%20Dance_thm.JPG

I would go to raves with my friends....early in the morning people would ask me what time it was and I would look at that watch and say"I don't know man, maybe you can tell"

I swear it would look like it had mold growing in it or something......those were the days

I was a vegetarian also for about 4 years, but that was before all the cool meat substitutes they have now. I couldn't get enough protein.
Now DD eats this "chicken" mycoprotein stuff that is actually really tasty. Tastes just like chicken!

jdub - that's a cool one .... I haven't seen one like that before, but they have MILLIONS of different Swatches.
I used to have a "Swatch-clopedia" that had all the models ever made, but you have to buy a new one each year, so I gave up.
