Good morning Trippy Land. Well, I've caught up easily this morning and now it's time to get up and start the day.
This took me back about 30 years! They still teach this in nursing school? As medicine progresses, the tasks that nurses have taken on have become more and more complex. There was a time when starting IV's was the doctor's role and making beds the nurses domain. Now, nurses start IV's, and then some....nurses aides are primarily responsible for the mitered corners....so don't worry too much if you don't get that one down pat
Thanks, Damselle! Glad to know I'm not the only one! This morning I made my bed with one perfect mitered corner and one, well, not so perfect, lol. In North Carolina you have to get your CNA before your RN, so I'm doing that part now, and then going straight into an accelerated BSN.
