Got it!! Thank you. I was having trouble finding the fb page. Same problem a poster had a few days back, only thing to come up is trippy tipsy. What was the fix?

I can't get mine off the tube half the time. I have to load the battery from the top.
Did your's have 2 knurled areas, like the 12-21-12 one? Mine is smooth up by the tube, and you can't grip it.
Mine is the same as yours....I think...I do not recall....both are the Spider....I thought they are all the same?????.... well mine is missing the button

Oh no! Contact him again he is usually very good at getting stuff out. But he has been really busy with the new LE's and it may have slipped his mind. Just remind him and he will get you taken care of. Kami - looking at the site, some models have double knurled buttons, some do not.
Maybe Faceless will swap it for me .... I will ask.
