Wow... the influence Ravi had in Rock was quite amazing.
I was lucky enough to see George Harrison, Ravi Shankar and Orchestra and Billy Preston in '74 at the Cow Palace in SF. (Here's a pic from the next night in Oakland... how cool is the internet

Hand Raised, its on the marble on the back of my Venturi air flow Trippy Freddy made for me, it swirls down into what looks like a never ending tunnel too, quite an awesome design.
oh and Hai Bert hope all is going well, havent heard from you in a while, hope you and the Bride have a super Christmas and a Great/Hapy New Year

Bert that is beautiful!! I love FireKing I actually started collecting it years ago...come to think of it..alot of my tips that I have bought look like Fire King. My mother swears I should have been born in the 50's. lol.

I am better at "sketching" my ideas in glass than I am on pencil/paper so this is my new approach to custom work. I make what I think you are after, and we can modify from there. The "Sketches" will ultimately end up in a sale down the road as awesome tips. We'll see if/how it works tomorrow!
