Never really noticed it happening very much in my VVW but they do get crooked every now and then in my VVG although I've never lost contact plus I'm VERY VERY careful with my VVW since I'm a Reo metalhead at heart and some people put a business card or Popsicle stick between the batts and bottle but I've never felt the need but I do put a folded up piece of paper towel behind my just bottle to soak up any juice spillage inside and yes my ERA is fairly snug in my catch cup as well but I like it since it doesn't wobble and I can still get the top cap off if need be YMMV

Sashie beat me to it What she said ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Mike the Hornet top cap are really friggin tight but the connector in the VVG is really tough so what I do is chain vape it a little till it gets warm then just pull the holy livin ....e out if it and once you get it off pull the top oring off and put it away then some people have been putiing a little olive oil on the remaining bottom oring I just put a little juice on mine if it doesn't already have some on it DON'T use pliers on the aluminum topcap you will trash it :)
doesnt look like there is a coil in it now. so it just gets pulled off and not screwed?
How big is your hole
