Pain- I feel ya on this one. My dog had to have an emergency tumor removal, which unfortunately turned out to be cancerous. Luckily it hasnt spread to any organs yet, but I can't afford chemo so its a game of wait and see. The vet bill was $1000 and the pain meds are racking up a monthly $100. I may be parting with a decent hunk of my own collection before long as well. Its a sad state of affairs.

Hi guys, hope you're having a great Monday (well as great as Monday's can be, it guess).
Pain, Amber, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your little friends. Having a sick pet sucks enough without having to deal with the bills as well.

I got vape-mail today! My AGR tank came in and I can't wait to try it. It's a great build and feels really substantial. I also am trying an Octopus dripping atty just to see if I like it.

Okay, here's my first thoughts on the AGR. First off, it looks great. I also love/hate that the endcaps screw on. I love how easy it is to take apart; I hate that you have to make really sure it's screwed back on tight else it leaks. I also love/hate the fill cap on top. First, I love the idea of easy refilling; if only it were so. I don't know if it's due to my lack of familiarity with filling with a syringe, or the fact that I'm using a thicker juice (50/50) but when I try to fill it, the juice backs up back through the hole. I had to resort to adding a drop at a time. The other issue I have with the fill hole on the top is that some of my flatbottoms won't fit nicely on it.

Really wish I could afford to go to Austin this weekend. Theres a big glass show with lots of big names appearing. It sounds so fun. But thats ok, I have another lesson on reversals with a really talented blower on saturday anyway, so Ill still get a glassy fix. Really awesome though, the father of fuming will be there for anyone in the austin area.... Free to the public, but a 7 hour drive from here.

well, so what kind of stuff have you got? scored any trippys yet? if not your in for a nice surprise, if yes then you know what i mean, lol.
my wife and i have been in stillwater for the last 15 years. i had lived there a couple times before that. shes from perry and im from michigan

No trippys yet :( ALL of my family is from Michigan, the Brighton/Howell area, about an hour north of Ann Arbor. My grandparents moved back up there a few years ago because they thought their jobs were finished with my brother and I... Little did they know they would be miserable without us and us them... So they are now in the process of trying to sell a few pieces of property and move back to continue their job of spoiling adult grandchildren. I love it there, but economy sucks.

What kind of pain meds? When my lab had cancer it had spread everywhere when we found it and could only provide comfort care until he passed. The vet prescribed tramadol/ultram and meloxicam which I was able to get at Walmart for a much cheaper price than the vet could offer. He just had to call the nearest Walmart and fill it for me. Just a thought if you didn't know, always ask for the meds you can get at a regular pharmacy as they are much cheaper. I'm sorry to hear about his illness. When Raider passed I was heartbroken... And I was also not ready for another dog. Two days after he died this husky pup showed up on my door and would not leave me alone. I knew then that Raider was with me telling me to stop shedding tears he was no longer in pain or suffering and I needed to take in this new mischievous puppy. Dogs are wonderful gifts to us, no matter how mad we may get at them for tearing up shoes or stuff they always know how tilt their heads and set it on your lap to melt your heart. Hugs to you both with sick babies.
