To everyone,
Thanks for continuing to collect the TrippyTips offered beyond the first night of the sale! I love that this round of TrippyTips continues to steadily find their homes even after the initial rush! It feels like you all are getting the rush of duking it out for the top-tier selections, and there is enough great creations to where anyone can make a more relaxed experience and still collect something beautiful. Balanced, zen, and enjoyable for all! I am talking to PayPal today about the billing agreements to make things even smoother! Thanks again!

Amber,
Are you sure they aren't about to be looking for a new Bo$$?

No, it was this whole big pack of lies. See, there was a "merger" a couple of years ago. Turns out it wasn't a merger, we were purchased by another company and the story was fabricated by owners to make the employees feel better about the situation. We have acquired smaller companies since then, and it has been my job to absorb their marketing departments and eliminate the need for their office personnel. Now that i have done that, the mother company is trying to absorb my job and eliminate my team. So far they have taken away 8 of 12. The boss they just took, was with the company for 20 years, was highly respected and was a major player for this side of the "merged" company. Theyre going to cripple my department until we can't do the work they ask us to anymore, which in turn will give them an excuse to do away with us. Ive seen how this works. I helped them do it to other companies we purchased.

Amber, that totally sucks :( Holding out hope that the ride from here on will be smoother than expected *fingers crossed*

Damselle, that is one kick-... firepit. Now if only the rain would stop for a while to let it dry out . . .

Ailment aside, hopefully you'll be feeling better soon, are you planning on coming to the NEV meet a week from Sat (the 29th) in Northborough?

Good morning Tripsters!

I'm off to meet up with Brew and his better half for some coffee. He will be the first member I have met from this site. Hope I don't scare him. :D

Awesome! I have met several amazing folks from here now, and each one of you that I meet makes me want to meet more of you. It's an amazing group of folks we have here. I've said it before and I'll say it again! Have fun!

On another note I saw this and thought maybe you all would appreciate it as much as I did so I am sharing...
reiki-five-ideals.png

These are the 5 Ideals of Reiki.

More powerful than the ideals put forth in these 5 lines is the idea of taking development one day at a time. I think anyone can commit to doing something for just today. This is an excellent practice for remaining present and tackling long-term goals.

For example, let’s say I wish to stop drinking. Instead of saying “I’m not going to drink for the next 30 days”, I would commit to not drinking for today. And tomorrow, I’ll think about if that choice served me the day before. If so, I’ll go for another day without it. Repeat.

Well folks, looks like times are about to get tough around here. My new boss that I liked so much, got a call yesterday from the CEO telling him to resign or else. It's only a matter of time before they swallow the rest of my department up too. Im going to be selling off all of my collections to make sure Im set for when it happens. What a nightmare.

Really sorry to hear this Amber hope it all turns out for the better

Happy birthday Stacy :D

Well, PayPal has denied my request to allow Billing Agreements at TrippyTips.com :\ I will keep contacting them each 90 days, but it's looking like we will have to stick to the express pay method for now with no billing agreements.

Thanks for trying Bert :)

Blu -

I had that issue with the enter phone number request - A little while after that I went to my PayPal account to make sure I added my phone # there -- I haven't had any issues since knock on wood. Check to make sure your phone # is in your PayPal account :)

Delilah, my phone # has always been in there ..... in PayPal.

You don't have to add your phone # when you check out during the tip sales?
The spot on the left at check out, I think from Bert's account side, is always empty, so I have to add it to the right side, and click "Update Information" or something like that.
(if any of that makes sense LOLOL)

Your phone number is stored at TrippyTips.com, but I just looked and it was in a strange format - XXX XXX-XXXX - So I changed it to - XXXXXXXXXX - instead. Maybe this will help? If not, perhaps check and see what format you have it stored as over in PayPal and make sure they match. If PayPal has your phone number, TrippyTips has your phone number, and they both match I am not sure what the problem might be. I am pretty sure that once we get the billing agreements set up it will do away with the fuss of checking out though. I just called PP again and appealed the decision. They said they would have someone open up the application again and at least tell me what I need to do to get to the point of being eligible.

I looked at PP and their format looks like XXX XXX-XXXX

My phone # is in the TT account?
When redirected back to Trippy Tips after PayPal, on the the address always shows, but never the phone #. I thought everyone was having to enter it. Is it just ME?? LOLOL

This is where my problem is ... I need to get that little *Telephone box filled.

I had to enter my phone when redirected back to Trippy also.

Bert!! I just went to buy a tip, to go through the steps so I could see what pages were called, and it asked me if I wanted to make a "Buying Agreement" with Trippy tips??

Is that what PP was considering? Looks like it is in effect now!

Let me log out and everything, and try again!
